Our Story

TMJ began with a simple idea from Jeff White—a seasoned singer, guitarist, and marketer who wanted to front a band built on top-tier musicianship, versatility, and songs people truly love. He already had the name: That’s My Jam—inspired by every moment he remembered someone shouting those exact words when a favorite song came on.

Jeff spent the next year networking through open mics, clubs, and the local scene to assemble the right mix of talent, commitment, and vocal ability:

Connor White – A standout singer and guitarist whose talent made him an instant fit
Tom Karch – A veteran drummer who’s seen and played it all, with the versatility to match
Brandon Bock – A dynamic young guitarist equally at home with jazz, Dylan, or face-melting solos
Jim Olson – A longtime bassist and songwriter who seamlessly locked in with the group
Stan Slovick – A powerhouse keyboardist capable of everything from Stevie Wonder to The Black Keys
